We take our projects to selected investors in Europe, the Middle East and Asia — with English documentation, a data room and a process to international standards. The local layer, from the connection request to the notary, stays with us.

Storage and data centre projects from neighbouring markets, prepared for German buyers and lenders — including how grid access, permitting and revenues work in each country.

We work strictly off-market. Projects and sites are neither listed nor publicly advertised. Anyone who leaves a search profile and signs a non-disclosure agreement receives the current list and is notified as soon as something suitable comes in. Currently on the list:

We structure the capital side and take your project to the parties that genuinely invest in this asset class — from German family offices to international infrastructure funds, from bridge finance to project finance. Documentation and process in German and English.
EK
Development and construction equity, co-investors and joint ventures, share sales, entry of infrastructure and family office capital — including a partial exit during development.
FK
Acquisition and bridge finance, project finance through to commissioning, refinancing of operating assets and portfolios.
Sites
We assess free of charge what is possible in terms of grid access and planning law, tell you what your land is worth for which use — as a sale or a lease — and take it to the right buyer. Through to the notary appointment.
The other way round, we search to your profile: sites for battery storage and data centres to your criteria — grid level, distance to the substation, size, planning status. Off-market here too.
